You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND, FOOD SERVICES AND SUBSISTENCE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
What You'll Do
- →You will assess future requirements in Mess Halls worldwide and make Strategic recommendations for changes in structure, budgetary requirements and processes.
- →You will oversee the overall planning direction and timely execution of all Garrison Food Service contract(s).
- →You will supervise, plan, schedule, assign, and direct the work.
- →You will resolve conflicts in policy and program objectives in very complex or controversial transactions using subordinate technical experts.
- →You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Regional Garrison Food Service Contracts (RFHSC).
- →You will determine goals and objectives, the best approach for resolving budget shortfalls and plan for long-range staffing needs.
