What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Section Head within the Weapon System (WS) Engineering and Integration Branch (SPC4) of Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program office leading development of Navy's Hypersonic Weapon System.
- →You will manage and supervise a team of engineers, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely project completion, while providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations.
- →You will provide programmatic direction/coordination for Weapon System Engineering and Integration activities, Hardware and Software development, Weapon System Safety and Certification in support rapid development and fielding of the weapon system.
- →You will represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders, other government agencies, contractors, making decisions that impact the development, performance, and fielding of the WS.
- →You will ensure compliance with government directives and policies, interpret technical specifications and contracts, and implement local standards for hardware and software related to the WS.
