You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE OFFICE of BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE PMO.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead multidisciplinary Base Realignment and Closure Regional Office comprising civilian, military, and contract personnel to execute complex, statutory base closures and property disposals across the assigned area of responsibility.
- →You will exercise full supervisory authority as a first- and second-line supervisor.
- →You will serve as the regional representative and negotiator in engagements with Flag/SES leadership, Congress, the EPA, state regulators, and Local Redevelopment Authorities regarding property transfers and complex environmental response actions.
- →You will oversee and integrate environmental planning, advanced remediation efforts, caretaker operations, and real estate disposal actions.
- →You will develop innovative approaches to resolve conflicting data and technical hurdles, ensuring the safe, rapid transition of formerly utilized defense properties back to local communities.
