About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER as the Division Head in the PROTOTYPE & MANUFACTURING DIVISION within the PROTOTYPE, MANUFACTURING AND TEST DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan and manage personnel skills, processes, and resources.
- →You will act as a general manager and direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of the Division through subordinate supervisors and leaders or comparable personnel.
- →You will manage financial resources within assigned budget.
- →You will resolve conflicts involving subordinates (internal and external).
- →You will develop criteria and measures for evaluating the performance of subordinates.
