You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER within COMFLTREADCEN.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for maintaining the authoritative enterprise sight picture for aircraft and engine workload, readiness risks, and production performance.
- →You will translate operational data, maintenance requirements, and resource constraints into actionable plans and senior leader decision-support.
- →You will lead coordination and integration of all aircraft and engine depot-level maintenance requirements across FRC sites.
- →You will maintain a comprehensive, integrated view of induction plans, workload standards, forecast accuracy, TAT performance, material constraints, and capacity risks for all aircraft and engine programs.
- →You will lead development of the consolidated aircraft and engine out-year maintenance plan.
- →You will supervise and provide technical direction to all aircraft and engine coordinators across multiple TMS portfolios.
- →You will ensure timely identification of risks that may impact production schedules, depot throughput, material readiness, or Fleet availability.
