About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT (TFM) PROGRAM OFFICE (N1), N15 STRATEGIC SEALIFT OFFICERS FORCE (SSOF) AFFAIRS OFFICE of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan work to be accomplished, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare work completion schedules.
- →You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements, and the employee’s capabilities.
- →You will ensure that the SSOF's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
- →You will maintain program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant back-ground documents and make available policies, procedures and written instructions from the supervisor.
