About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the INTEGRATED WARFARE DIVISION (N9I) of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a key Navy expert through the Joint, Navy, and Urgent Requirements development phases in Navy and the OSW Program and Budget review.
- →You will supervise, direct and coordinate the daily operations of the branch of military, civilian, and/or contractor personnel.
- →You will execute a full range of supervisory and human resources functions for the Branch, including performance management, leadership and mentoring.
- →You will manage and coordinate the Navy implementation of the Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRP), to include serving as OPNAV's primary interface to the Joint Staff J8.
