About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Information and Technology, Enterprise Cloud Services Division located in; Ashburn, VA Springfield, VA Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Program Manager, you assist senior leadership by planning, evaluating, integrating, and coordinating initiatives within OIT; and coordinate staff actions with OIT leadership, special staff, directors, division chiefs, regional directors, and mission support staff.
- →This position starts at a salary of $169,279.00 (GS-15, Step 1) to $197,200.00 (GS-15, Step 10) Major Duties: Planning for short-term and long-term operations for the OIT Program Office, with a particular focus on interactions with and support from various Program Office personnel across CBP.
- →Reviewing plans for completeness and compliance within established parameters.
- →Establishing direction to division and office chiefs in setting organizational goals and providing strategic, technical, and programmatic recommendations to leadership.
- →Directing the initiation of organizational planning as determined necessary for successful operation of the Directorate.
- →Reviewing current and upcoming services against known and anticipated customer requirements, for cost optimization opportunities and/or operational enhancements.
