You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Safety & Occupational Health (SOH) Division (N35) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the integration of all policy, budget, future year programming, human capital management, and program management operations across the Air Operations Division.
- →You will integrate readiness planning programs, reporting programs, risk management programs, and operational programs for force-wide efficient use of resources.
- →You will develop budgetary strategies to achieve program objectives within resource constraints.
- →You will develop program operational guidance and supplemental instructions for an agency.
- →You will analyze current and future resource requirements and guidance to develop policy for resource management goals and objectives.
- →You will develop command input to support the strategic planning process in accordance with organizational guidance.
- →You will address prospective changes in functions and programs in short- and long-range planning for a large organization.
