You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the development of new policy, procedures, guidance, and/or directives, as necessary, to support or supplement existing policy for all shore installations.
- →You will direct budget, procurement, accounting, and associated financial operations for the assigned program, overseeing budget allocation, and funds management, to accomplish specific program goals and objectives.
- →You will apply a wide variety of analytical methods and techniques, (i.e., planning, programming, trend analysis, and linear programming) to forecast multi-year program requirements and to allocate and purchase resources.
- →You will serve as a senior consultant within the headquarters to both peers and superiors on program operational matters, issuing advice on matters involving technical, professional, management, and administrative decisions.
