What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Program Management Specialist, you will: Advise senior leadership on program policies, operational issues, and organizational priorities.
- →Evaluate emerging issues, recommends strategic solutions, and ensures program initiatives align with agency goals and legislative requirements.
- →Serve as a principal advisor on the impact of new policies, regulations, and organizational changes on program operations.
- →Lead program evaluations, organizational studies, and operational analyses to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- →Develop and implement policies, procedures, and management strategies that enhance program performance, improve efficiency, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- →Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with HHS leadership, Federal agencies, Congress, state, tribal, local, and external partners.
- →Build collaborative relationships, provides authoritative guidance, and promotes consensus on issues affecting program implementation and organizational objectives.
- →Direct the work of professional and administrative staff by establishing priorities, assigning work, evaluating employee performance, and supporting workforce development.
- →Ensure effective use of organizational resources, foster employee engagement and accountability, and promote compliance with merit system principles and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
