You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the EDUCATION AND TRAINING DIRECTORATE of INFO WARFARE ENTERPRISE TRAINING DEPT of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee overall planning, direction, and timely execution of important projects or program segments, including development, assignment, and goals and objectives for supervisors or managers of subordinate units or lower organizational levels.
- →You will manage the development of policy changes in response to changes in levels of appropriations or other legislated changes.
- →You will assist subordinates with issues, usually involving technically complex and multi-faceted Information Warfare concepts, capabilities and stakeholders.
- →You will determine formal and informal training needs, and initiate and approve action for subordinates to attend training classes at local and higher levels.
- →You will hear and resolve group grievances and more serious complaints or those not resolved at a lower level.
- →You will identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, approve selections for supervisory and non-supervisory positions, and make recommendations for subordinate supervisory positions for new hires, promotions and reassignments.
- →You will author, advise, and oversee prepared Statements of Objectives (SOOs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), as well as develop conceptual plans and lead or participate on proposal evaluation teams.
- →You will assess the impact of training deficiencies and direct appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
- →You will provide senior representation as required on the behalf of the Commander, Naval Information Forces, and when necessary, for the Department of the Navy.
