You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst (Project Team Lead) in the Advanced Amphibious Assault (AAA) Program Office of MARCORSYSCOM/Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Marine Corps (PAE-MC).
What You'll Do
- →You will. plan and direct a cross-functional program team by organizing daily activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring work aligns with program goals, schedules, and resource limits and reporting status to leadership.
- →You will. oversee planning and execution of program activities, coordinate across multiple functional areas, track performance against objectives, manage resources, and support leadership decisions through progress updates and issue resolution.
- →You will. supervise staff, set priorities, assign work based on skills and workload, evaluate performance fairly, provide guidance and training, improve work processes, and handle personnel actions per established policies.
- →You will. prepare and deliver updates on program, identify and track risks, coordinate communication across stakeholders, support decision making with accurate information, and ensure completion of tasks within approved schedules and resources.
- →You will. resolve employee concerns, support workplace environment, conduct hiring and onboarding, develop staff through training, address performance and discipline issues when needed, and promote fair and inclusive workplace practices.
