About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION MANAGER in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will formulate long-range plans, policies and goals for the Production Division and ensure that the Product Division is supporting NAVFAC and NAVFAC Southwest's Strategic Operations and Financial plans.
- →You will identify external and internal systems requiring improvement and effects changes in work distribution, manpower utilization and use of facilities and services.
- →You will be responsible for all financial operation issues associated with the Division.
- →You will maintain internal controls within the division necessary to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse of government resources and mismanagement of Branch programs.
- →You will be responsible for solving complex problems that subordinate managers and workforce are encountering and communicates with other departments and agencies that impact the success of the Production Division.
