About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PROJECT MAINTENANCE) in the Maintenance Branch (Code 1440.3), Production Division (Code 1440), Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) (Code 1400) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will interview candidates for positions in the section; select or recommend appointment, promotion, or reassignment of such positions.
- →You will participates in the development of training programs and materials and on occasion serves as the conference elder or instructor in selected training sessions.
- →You will ensure current OSHA regulations and NFPC Safety policies are in compliance.
- →You will analyze work schedules and establishes broad production goals and milestones.
- →You will determine future manpower, tooling, materials, methods, and training required.
