You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS SPECIALIST in the SAFETY AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS division of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the management of programs ensuring continuity of providing mission essential support services to shore based commands throughout the AOR.
- →You will develop performance plans and evaluates employees.
- →You will determine goals and objectives that require additional emphasis and works with operations and PWOs to improve productivity.
- →You will track budget execution and determines options for resolving budget and resources shortfalls.
- →You will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined business practices that promote teamwork and improved communication and improve production and the quality of work directed.
