The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise first-level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Operations Section of 2AF/Det 1 and, upon activation, the Battlefield Airmen Training Wing; which includes unit Training, Readiness, and Plans functions. Responsible for providing advice and support to leadership across the entire spectrum of wing activities.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 2AF Det 1/XP, ensuring that Wing Plans complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Represents Training Wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for operations programs to ensure functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements.
