About the Role
This position is located within the Great Plains Area (GPA) at the Rosebud Service Unit (RSU) under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Nurse Executive (DCNE). The Outpatient Nurse Supervisor is a registered nurse (RN) and is responsible for supervision, direction and leadership for nursing staff being licensed and non-licensed employees. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Coordinates and monitors outpatient operations and patient care to ensure processes and policies are followed for employee performance and patient dispositions Documents observations, interventions, referrals, and other measures taken to provide services.
- →Develops and maintains nursing schedule for department, adjusting schedule as needed.
- →Ensures departmental compliance with employee health requirements.

Requirements
