About the Role
Provide supervisory duties in clinical and administrative responsibilities. Will set work assignment priorities, assess nursing staff for development, implement regulatory standards for quality patient care services. What You'll Do

- →Responsible for workload assignments and employee performance evaluation, setting priorities in accordance with healthcare regulatory requirements, and initiate staff meetings to convey policy updates and establish employee expectations.
- →Initiate a wide range of administrative duties to evaluate contractor compliance, update nursing care policies, and provide data presentation to facility leadership.
