About the Role
About the Position: This is a Supervisory Nurse (Case Management) position located within the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Recruitment or relocation incentives may be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Advanced Leave Accrual may be authorized for highly qualified candidates. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the Case Management Department.
- →Independently perform difficult and complex assessment, review, coordination, planning, monitoring, evaluation and analysis of cases.
- →Participate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop a treatment plan to address all identified conditions and problems.
- →Serve as an advocate for patients and their families in obtaining services and support.
- →Conduct training in nurse case management for professional and paraprofessional personnel.
