About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in the Directorate of Medicine Department of Family Medicine, Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Oversee the scope of practice and provision of nursing services within an ambulatory clinic.
- →Advise senior leadership on nursing matters.
- →Provide staff education and competency validation.
- →Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned nursing personnel within the health clinic.
- →Evaluate patient care; effectiveness of treatment; and develops criteria, principles, and practices within the specialized clinic to measure team efficacy.
