About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for personnel management.
- →Evaluate work performance of subordinates; give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters.
- →Assess and implement training standards and needs of the staff.
- →Responsible for the final review and improvement of work methods, organizational structure to improve production and increase quality of work directed.
- →Provide input regarding organization, structural or content changes throughout the department, services, and clinics in the Department of Medicine.
