About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR PRODUCTION MANAGER in the Nuclear Production Manager Division (Code 300N), Production Resource Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the technical, administrative, and managerial aspects associated with the nuclear programs and effects the performance of these have on the overall Shipyard production capability and efficiency.
- →You will monitor nuclear production operations to identify areas for improvement.
- →You will be responsible for the direction, integrations and coordination of the Department's nuclear work program.
- →You will provide direction and control to all management positions/levels within the Operations and Resource Departments.
- →You will establish funding requirements for project completion and negotiate for funds to cover project enlargements.
