Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, San Diego Field Office, located in San Ysidro, California. What You'll Do
- →This position will allow you to use your expertise in administration to provide assistance to CBP upper management in direct support of operational programs.
- →Apply for this exciting opportunity to strengthen the Department's ability to perform homeland security functions by assisting with critical mission support functions.
- →This position starts at a salary of $102,246.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $132,923.00 (GS-12, Step 10) Major duties for this position include: Planning, directing, coordinating and supervising a staff charged with responsibility for providing and obtaining a full range of mission support services.
- →Supervising a group of administrative employees who are responsible for assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations.
- →Resolving problems involving interpretation of the law and of Department policy.
- →Assigning and explaining work requirements to subordinate staff while establishing production standards and preparing performance work plans and appraisals.
