The incumbent serves as Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) at the Morristown Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) as part of an inter-professional healthcare team. Supervisory MSA provides support across multiple ancillary and inter-professional clinics and determines the needs of the Veteran/caregiver. The Supervisory MSA is responsible for routing clinical questions to appropriate clinical staff.
What You'll Do
- →Supervisory MSAs at this level plan and direct programs at medical centers and/or satellite outpatient clinics and have full supervisory responsibility for supervising at least one subordinate team leader or supervisor.
- →The employee has full administrative and professional responsibility for planning and directing the MSA's activities.
- →Responsible for extracting and analyzing data in order to provide reports in support of performance measures to senior management.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45AM to 4:30PM.
- →Telework: May be available at supervisors discretion due to inclement weather.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen to apply for this job.
- ✓Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
