The Supervisory MSA is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective administrative support of the Dental Chief/Administrative Officer of Dental Clinic in the operations of all administrative programs and elements in the Dental Service. S/he has the responsibility for taking a leadership role in developing tools that enhance the organizational and managerial functioning of Dental Service.
What You'll Do
- →Duties included but not limited to the following: Supervises all MSA's assigned to Dental Clinic.
- →Coordinate clinic set up for Dental Clinic outpatient clinic such that capacity meets demand and all VHA directives for access are met.
- →Responsible for the management and reporting of workload data to the Chief of Dental related to all Dental Service outpatient clinic.
- →Obtain and tracks data for clinic visits, no-shows, cancellations, clinical remainders and encounter data for the entire clinic.
- →Monitors schedule leave requests for MSA's and ensures coverage for staff who are absent.
- →Submit, create, edit and track dental clinic provider grid changes and requests.
- →Manage fiscal matters, forecast resource and equipment needs and identify budget needs.
- →Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days of employment, full time employees with a total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for a childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to the monthly maximum of $416.66.

Requirements
