You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGIC PLANNING BRANCH, BUSINESS & STRATEGIC PLANNING OFFICE of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and manage programs/projects and conduct analyses to improve operations and cost efficiency of submarine overhaul, maintenance and/or refurbishment.
- →You will conduct studies and analyses to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Shipyard operations to inform submarine availability plans of action.
- →You will conduct/attend meetings and conferences with various Shipyard management officials and/or representatives from other activities and Headquarter agencies to discuss impact of new/changed agency policies, directives and instructions.
- →You will manage the local implementation of the Shipyard Organizational Structure and identify improvements necessary in view of new/changed market trends.
- →You will manage the Commercial Activity Inventory of all personnel, including military, at the Shipyard and provides liaison service to Headquarters for the Total Force Management Manpower System.
- →You will supervise a staff ranging in grade from GS-5 to GS-12.
