What You'll Do
- →The Associate Chief Counsel (Finance & Management) supports the administrative, financial, and managerial programs of the Office of Chief Counsel and provides advice to the Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel on all management matters for the organization nationwide.
- →The incumbent will also ensure support of and provide CASE-related expertise on any potential modernization efforts.As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will: Serve as the technical expert and official liaison between Counsel's Business Units, BSP and IRS IT to resolve challenging business unit-specific and nationwide CASE-MIS problems.
- →Plan, schedule and conduct evaluations of and provides assistance to Counsel offices nationwide to coordinate CASE programs, provide technical direction, and resolve complex administrative issues.
- →Serve as subject-matter expert for BSP in ensuring that CASE-MIS passes all mandatory security testing and requirements.
- →Plan, coordinate, and establishe operating methods and procedures for CASE and directs the development and accomplishment of employee training relative to CASE operations.
- →Establishe performance standards and prepares formal written evaluations of subordinates' job performance annually.
