About the Role
You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
What You'll Do
- →You will assign, direct, and review the work of subordinates involved in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of shop-maintained buildings and building systems located on the activity.
- →You will verify maintenance work is completed on time, within cost, and to quality levels required by monitoring execution of work requests, service tickets, and preventative maintenance actions.
- →You will use computer for cost estimating, scheduling, tracking of work in progress, timekeeping, and to produce reports.
- →You will ensure safety requirements and fire regulations are followed by all employees of the shop.
