You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MARINE CORPS COMMAND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE of MARCORSYSCOM.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Assistant Program Manager for Life Cycle Logistics, providing expert leadership, strategic direction, and technical guidance to program managers, senior leaders, and logistics professionals across the organization.
- →You will develop, implement, and manage lifecycle logistics strategies, product support initiatives, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans to improve program effectiveness, readiness, and sustainment outcomes.
- →You will lead and advise cross-functional teams in business management, contracting, engineering, financial management, and logistics to support acquisition programs and major milestone decisions.
- →You will establish workforce standards, oversee recruitment and professional development programs, and ensure the training and education of the Life Cycle Logistics workforce.
- →You will provide expertise in Technical Data Management, Naval Logistics Integration, Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations, supportability analysis, and product support planning to ensure successful program execution.
- →You will supervise and evaluate employees, set priorities and performance expectations, resolve personnel issues, and foster a productive, mission-focused work environment while supporting organizational improvement initiatives.
