About the Role
You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Sustainment Group, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide assigned personnel with timely monitoring and performance feedback, completing semi-annual and annual performance reviews, and recommending annual performance ratings and payouts to the Division Head.
- →You will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned personnel are administratively supported to complete all assigned tasks in support of their respective programs and areas of responsibilities.
- →You will be responsible for dealing with performance and/or conduct issues as required.
- →You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all facets of weapons maintenance planning and execution requirements, including asset identification, shipping, acquisition, and funding.
- →You will ensure all designated personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform all aspects of weapons maintenance safely and effectively, as applicable, in accordance with (IAW) governing directives.
