What You'll Do
- →Shares responsibility with the Service Division Chief for the coordination and integration of various policy issues, technical guidance, and program activities.
- →Develops a 5-year Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) budget for sites assigned for use in program management development.
- →Ensures the coordination of the inspection and repair schedules with Inventory Management, Distribution, the Military Service Control Points (SCPs), and the DLA Energy Regional Commands.
- →Researches and applies a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, analyze, and improve branch and program effectiveness, efficiency, and work products.
- →Provides advice and expertise to DLA Energy Senior Leadership regarding the execution of their SRM functional responsibilities.
- →Plans, programs, budgets, manages and executes the Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) portion of the DLA Energy SRM Program.
- →Exercises supervisory responsibilities, including evaluating the work performance of employees, providing counsel related to work and administrative matters, and identifying developmental and training areas.
