About the Position: This position is located at Fort Carson, CO located in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Develops and maintains strategic IT health plans and provides policy guidance to IT management, staff, and customers.
- →Prepares IT budgets and spending plans.
- →Participates in management discussions, meetings, committees, and special projects.
- →Develops and recommends technical solutions and changes to the enterprise structural framework as the MTF (Military Treatment Facility) enterprise architect.
- →Drafts policies and procedures to guide technology decisions for the MTF.
- →Resolves a wide range of complex technical and management issues.
- →Supervises the IMD (Information Management Division) workforce.
- →Instructs on new and existing policies and procedures and assists in interpreting and applying regulatory guidance.
