About the Position: This position is located in San Antonio, Texas, with the Defense Health Agency.
What You'll Do
- →Oversees a multi-million dollar financial portfolio encompassing Fiscal Year (FY) Spend Plans (SPs), Program Objective Memorandums (POMs), and budget Narratives that span the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP).
- →Communicates and reports all financial activities to the Division Chief and assists with establishing strategy for the branch's out-year budgetary forecast.
- →Develops and sustains lifecycle management plans for all IT commodities and services as it relates to the Branch’s budgetary footprint and Area of Responsibility.
- →Coordinates workload distribution and balancing in accordance with organizational objectives and priorities.
- →Trains or arranges for training of employees in technical, administrative, and other areas as required.
- →Supports the activity Management Control Process (MCP) by identifying functional areas within the span of control for potential mismanagement of programs and fraud/waste or abuse of resources.
- →Coordinates review of task orders and delivery orders for information technology hardware, software, documentation, services, and supplies to ensure they are accurate and complete.
- →Develops and/or reviews business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements that relate to hardware/software computer platforms, input and output devices, data and voice telecommunications, and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
- →Assists with acquisition of contract support for system development and integration, management, operation tasks by preparing market research reports.
