You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC) in the COMMAND INFORMATION OFFICE (CIO) of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →You will review IS and IT programs to assess overall compliance with plans and policies and alignment with business and operational requirements.
- →You will interpret laws, regulations and policies to effect good business decisions and successful project execution.
- →You will plan, establish, and maintain cognizance of the IS and IT budgets for the AOR which is comprised of multiple funding streams and covers multiple categories of expenditure.
- →You will represent the CIO in official matters and covers grade-appropriate responsibilities of the CIO Support Line in the CIO's absence.
- →You will support the NAVFAC CIO with developing and implementing policies and procedures.
