You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the INFORMATION TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate with organizations to identify areas for business process reengineering.
- →You will conduct a needs analysis to establish customer requirements for information technology (IT) systems or equipment.
- →You will develop an information technology (IT) master plan for the standardization of systems, applications, tools, data, and processes for IT systems.
- →You will define an information technology (IT) system project action plans and objectives to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- →You will assign and reassign personnel to meet changing workloads and projects.
- →You will partner with operation centers to work through events that impact network operations (e.g., network outages, cyber-attacks, spillages, unauthorized access, natural disaster).
