About the Role

This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Service Delivery Staff, Enterprise Device Management Directorate in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior technical and program lead within Enterprise Device Management, supporting enterprise, mobility, voice, carrier, and services across the Department.

What You'll Do

  • The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Leads cross-organizational projects and programs involving technology modernization, system migrations, component transitions, service improvements, technology pilots, and operational readiness.
  • Conducts advanced planning, systems engineering, configuration management, project management, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Directs enterprise architecture strategies for mobility, voice communications, carrier services, endpoint technologies, cloud capabilities, infrastructure, and related enterprise services.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and determine their potential applicability, risks, costs, and benefits to the enterprise.
  • Monitors cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technology developments and translate findings into enterprise security priorities and actions.

Requirements

  • For the GS-14 level, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone.
