The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 82d Training Group, 361st Training Squadron, Training Development Element, Sheppard AFB, TX.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 361 TRS/fRR Flight training development flight ensuring that training development and management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel l management responsibilities.
- →Represents 361st Training Support Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Manages the planning coordination design, and validation of instruction.
- →Manages the development of training programs.
