What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Inspections and Compliance Manager, at full performance you will perform the following duties: Provide direction and oversight for all divisions within the ICE Inspections Program (ISP).
- →Oversee all activities within the Units and advise the Assistant Director on all significant matters over which the ISP has jurisdiction.
- →Conduct long-term and short-term strategic planning for changes in the administration of programs.
- →Oversee the development of high caliber reports for key stakeholders.
- →Establish guidelines and performance expectations of staff supervised.
