What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an advisor to Manager, Staffing and Classification and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC).
- →You will work closely with Human Resources Organizational Management Branch (HROM) principal advisors in the areas of recruitment/classification and employee relations to provide management advice and service.
- →You will develop, implement, and coordinate employee relations programs for MCSC to meet immediate and long-range needs.
- →You will provide supervisors and managers with interpretations of Marine Corps policies regarding recruitment, position classification, position management and employee relations programs.
- →You will provide administrative and technical supervision, instruction, and counseling necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.
