What You'll Do
- →Provide executive oversight of the Military Personnel, Manpower, and Support Division, managing subordinate supervisors and advising senior leadership on workforce programs.
- →Direct the Military Personnel Branch, overseeing all aspects of military personnel management and serving as liaison with the Military Services.
- →Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of manpower programs, ensuring compliance with laws and developing strategies to meet resource requirements.
- →Manage the J-1 budget and oversee mission support programs, continuity of operations, and personnel accountability during emergencies.
- →Provide leadership for agency support programs and ceremonies, while managing special projects and briefing senior management on critical issues.
