About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPL RELATIONS) in the COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as first line supervisor over a team of Labor/Employee Relations Specialists.
- →You will provide leadership and guidance to Human Resources Specialists who advise and assist managers in the areas of employee misconduct, discipline, grievances, adverse actions employee counseling, performance management, etc.
- →You serve as a SME for Labor Relations and Employee Relations programs providing oversight and technical expertise on human resources case law, principles, practices, and regulations to a team of specialists and serviced customers.
- →You will coordinate and manage a segment of the LR/ER program which involves interpreting policies, guidance, and legislation for its impact on program goals and objectives.
