About the Role
This position is located with the USDA, Forest Service, Human Resources Management (HRM). The incumbent is considered an agency expert in the field of Human Resources Specialist work. What You'll Do
- →Plan and coordinate the development of data structures and access strategies in alignment with business and mission requirements.
- →Develop and implement present and future information data requirements to meet the needs of human resources programs and serviced organization.
- →Develop and/or improve standard operating procedures and user documentation to support user's understanding of enhancements or improvements to human resources tools/systems.
- →Lead projects to develop and implement new data management designs.
- →Develop and implement quality and performance metrics for staff performance.
- →Determine whether Human Resources operations comply with policies and regulations and participate in identifying and directing corrective action.
Requirements
- ✓Must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or National.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt.
- ✓Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
- ✓Per Public Law 104-134 all Federal employees are required to have federal payments made by direct deposit to their financial institution.
