The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise first level supervisory and managerial authorities over the employees of My Navy Career (MNCC) Joint Base (JB) Charleston a the Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Military Pay and Personnel Teams, ensuring that officer and enlisted personnel and pay administration complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents MNCC JB Charleston with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Coordinates various personnel activities.
