- →OCHCO leads department-wide human capital strategy and operations to support a mission-ready workforce through the delivery of integrated services across the full employee lifecycle.
- →As a/an Supervisory HR Specialist (Division Director for Strategic Planning, Compliance, & Policy), you will: Serve as the principal authority on agency HR policy development, interpretation, and implementation, ensuring strategic alignment with HUD's mission and statutory requirements.
- →Lead enterprise-wide risk management and compliance programs, including internal audits, accountability reviews, and proactive risk assessments.
- →Develop and implement corrective action plans and monitor outcomes to ensure continuous compliance and operational integrity.
- →Provide strategic foresight by identifying emerging HR risks, trends, and regulatory changes; formulate preemptive policies and guidance to mitigate risks across OCHCO and HUD.
- →Serve as the agency liaison for oversight audits, congressional inquiries, and government-wide HR initiatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and defensible responses.
Requirements
