About the Position: This position is located at WINN Military Hospital, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Direct day-to-day operations, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and identify training and developmental needs of workforce.
- →Obtaining, allocating, and committing critical resources to advance the hospital’s clinical quality and patient safety programs.
- →Manage the operational and capital budgets for the department.
- →Evaluate healthcare information technology, data analytics software, and reporting tools necessary to track clinical outcomes and meet federal regulatory mandates.
- →Review incident reports, safety data, and performance measures to identify organizational risks.
- →Oversee the coordination and alignment of Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, Healthcare Risk Management, Credentialing and Privileging, Accreditation and Compliance, Clinical Measurement, and Performance Improvement activities.
