About the Role
You will serve as a Senior Manager/Administrator in the Marine Corps International Program Office of Marine Corps Systems Command/Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the senior advisor to the Director of International Programs, providing strategic guidance on foreign affairs policies and program execution.
- →You will interpret and implement foreign affairs policies while ensuring alignment with Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, Marine Corps, and command objectives.
- →You will establish program goals, allocate resources, and oversee international programs to ensure effective execution and long-term mission success.
- →You will analyze policy proposals, recommend improvements, and represent the organization before senior foreign affairs boards, committees, and leadership.
- →You will lead, mentor, and supervise personnel by setting priorities, evaluating performance, resolving workplace issues, and supporting employee development.
- →You will direct workforce planning by assigning work, hiring qualified candidates, developing procedures, and improving organizational effectiveness.
- →You will prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations while coordinating with stakeholders to advance international program objectives.
- →You will serve as the Command Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program Data Manager and Community Manager for the organization.
