About the Role
You will serve as a Supervisory Firefighter in the Fire Suppression Division of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform administrative supervisory functions to include timekeeping of assigned personnel and planning work schedules to meet requirements established by higher levels of supervision.
- →You will direct firefighting crew in the operation of firefighting vehicles and equipment.
- →You will supervise a crew of three or more firefighters, including at least one firefighter assigned to a major firefighting apparatus such as a pumper, aerial ladder truck, etc in support of their assigned duties.
