You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER of NAS PENSACOLA.
What You'll Do
- →You will supervise, provide guidance to ensure workload is understood, and review daily correspondence for detail and accuracy.
- →You are required to make rapid and sound decisions.
- →You will monitor training programs, evaluate instructors, and identify development and training needs of employees, You will respond to alarms and serve as Senior Fire Officer and/or Incident Commander.
- →You will administer public fire education programs and coordinate public speakers in selected engagements.
