About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER in the FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.
What You'll Do
- →You will direct firefighters during structural and shipboard fire suppression and extinguishing.
- →You will oversee the planning and assignment of work to ensure it is completed based on priorities and resource capabilities.
- →You will coordinate with officers on other shifts and stations to ensure work accomplishment, training, and priorities are met.
- →You will brief senior leaders or other employees on matters on firefighting actives, personnel, and equipment.
